Q1: How do I buy an ibuytoday product?

Q2: When will I get my purchase?
All products are normally despatched within 5 business days.

Q3: Can I return a book if it is not what I ordered or it is damaged?
Of course ibuytoday happily accepts the return of damaged, unsatisfactory or incorrect items. In addition to your rights to return faulty items, for most purchases you can review and return an item at home for 14 days if you change your mind. Just contact Customer Services on customer.service@coghlan.com.au for advice on returns.

To return an item, place it in the original packaging with your invoice and write your account number, order number, name and address on the outside of the parcel. Add a note explaining why you are returning the item, and whether you would prefer an account credit, refund, or a replacement. Then send it to us at ibuytoday, PO BOX 7076 Wetherill Park DC NSW 1851. Please allow up to 21 days for your return to be processed.

Q4: Moving house, what should I do?
If you are moving, just write your address on the back of the next invoice or order form, and send it to us 21 days before you move. Or you can email us at: customer.service@coghlan.com.au. Please write CHANGE OF ADDRESS in the subject line of your email. We will send future mailings to your new address.

At Pacific Magazines we pride ourselves on our great relationship with our readers. As such, we respect and understand your desire for privacy. We would like to take this opportunity to explain how we use the information you supply to us.

All the information we request from you is necessary to efficiently manage your purchase. It enables us to communicate with you better and ensure that your book or product arrives promptly.

Occasionally, we may provide you with information regarding our other titles or products. We may also provide information to responsible third parties for marketing purposes. Under NO circumstances do we supply your credit card or bank details to other organisations.
